Melodie works with not-for-profit organizations in health, community and social services to help them achieve excellence. Her experience includes integrations and amalgamations, governance, strategic planning, and program/organizational reviews.
For the past 15 years Melodie has worked collaboratively with Boards of Directors and senior leaders to assess, plan and implement solutions that ensure future success.

Developed a Fundamentals of Governance manual and provided governance training for the Association of Family Health Teams of Ontario (AFHTO) and its members

- The Ontario College of Family Physicians (OCFP)
