HBC Orientation
HBC is a global multi-banner retailer with retail presence in North America and Europe, in addition to technology operations in India. HBC was seeking to leverage and align a consistent first 90-day experience for all banners, its head offices and international operations – tailoring communications to people leaders versus individual contributors while respecting the unique brand activations required for each banner.
Nexus worked with stakeholders across the enterprise to aggregate, refine and innovate live, digital, video and print materials to help differentiate the experience, creating a welcoming and impactful package that helped align the enterprise while encouraging HBC associates to live the brand.
