HBC Radically Better
The last few years has been turbulent for retailers, especially with Amazon disrupting the space and leveraging their network to push competitors out. HBC recognized the need for an equally disruptive strategy to respond to market realities, and asked Nexus to help. Our solution was a company-wide performance program called “Radically Better.”
The program focused on streamlining current processes, driving cross-functional collaboration, and encouraging entrepreneurial thinking and higher performance from individual team members. Nexus developed a communications campaign that had the primary objective of empowering employees and help them take an active role in the transformation journey, their own success, and the success of the company.
