AccorHotels Loyalty Programs
AccorHotels, one of the world’s preeminent hotel operators with 4,500+ locations globally, needed to integrate each of their hotel’s global loyalty programs into one – Fairmont President’s Club, Raffles Ambassadors, and Swissôtel Circle into Le Club AccorHotels. Nexus supported this large-scale change initiative with the development of high-impact communications and learning tools to achieve their integration goals while putting their various audiences – segmented groups within each hotel including management, guest-facing, call-center, and franchise owners – at ease with the impending changes. It was deemed a successful change initiative across their three brands, four global regions, and many stakeholder groups.
